The gouges, the burn marks, the variation in tone from board to board — none of it is added after the fact. This is what the wood looks like once the chisel, the hand plane, and the open flame have done their work. No two stripes — and no two flags — ever come out exactly the same.
Each star's diameter is calculated to its true proportional size relative to the flag's height. The spacing between every star — across, down, and offset — is hand measured to match the official 50-star field arrangement. Then every star is carved individually with chisels and hand gouges. No laser, no CNC, no paint. Fifty stars. Each one earned.

Every stripe you see was cut by hand. Not routed by a machine, not printed, not laser etched — cut. Each one milled to the precise dimensions of a real American flag, width and length held to standard the way a flagmaker would demand. Thirteen stripes. Every single one shaped by a hand tool and human intention.
The stars are carved. One at a time. Fifty of them, each worked into the wood with chisels and gouges until they earn their place. No computer engraver touches our wood. No paint fills in what the carving should say. If it can't be done by hand, it doesn't get done.
